3. Damaged or Defective Products

- Photographs of the damaged or defective product and packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate an eligible return, please follow these steps:

Do not send returns without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be declined or returned to sender.
5. Return Shipping Costs
